About the topic:
This luncheon will discuss the role of the restoration contractor in the building industry: why they would be called in, what they could do, and how they would do it. Asbestos, mold, and moisture are major concerns associated with the construction or remodeling of buildings. As building envelope issues must face most of these, we will examine what precautions are necessary and how to deal with them when confronted.
