Presenters
Don Pedde is a Senior Codes Administrator with the Building and Safety Standards Branch. Don has 33 years of experience in the building industry including work as a Journeyman Carpenter, as an Architectural Technician, and as a Chief Building Official. He is a Minister’s Appointee to the Executive Committee of the Building Officials’ Association of BC.
Jun’ichi Jensen is a Team Lead of Codes and Standards with the Province of BC’s Building and Safety Standards Branch. Jun’ichi has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. Since 2008, he has worked on a several significant code change projects, including those relevant to daycare facilities, windows, and six-storey wood framed building.
