For several years now\, Dave has worked in two official roles at Insulspan – sales manager covering western Canada and the United States and certified site advisor\, travelling to sites around North America\, Japan and New Zealand to assist and train crews on better building methods for Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) \n  \nAbout the Topic: Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) – Building Envelopes for a Sustainable Future\nThe presentation will introduce Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs)\, provide a brief history\, composition of the panels\, applications and connection details; but most importantly\, the presentation will focus on the building envelope characteristics of the panels\, especially in regards to vapor diffusion\, air-tightness\, reduced thermal bridging and superior R-values. \n \n  \nREGISTRATION:\nPlease Note:All WALK-UPS (non pre-registered attendees) must pay a blanket price of $65.00\, including Students and Members. \nRefunds:No Refunds after Friday\, June 9th Noon.
