As a Professional Licensee of Engineering and a Registered Roofing Observer\, Harold is knowledgeable and experienced in cladding\, glazing\, roofing\, insulation and below grade waterproofing systems. He has been working in the building science industry for over 20 years and involved in the construction industry since 2001 as a carpenter. Harold has served on the FIGA BC Chapter Technical Committee and is currently serving on the RCABC Technical Committee.
