The ICBEST 2010 conference is just around the corner, and we look forward to having you join us in Vancouver for this event.

Here are some reminders to help guide you upon your arrival:

Venue Tours - Sunday June 27

- For the morning tour of Olympic Venues, please meet at The Westin Bayshore hotel lobby at 8:15. The bus will leave at 8:30 sharp; in order to keep on schedule, we regrettably cannot wait for latecomers.

- For the afternoon tour of the Vancouver Convention Centre, please meet at The Westin Bayshore hotel lobby at 13:15. The group will leave the lobby at 13:30 sharp and walk to the venue; in order to stay on schedule, we regrettably cannot wait for latecomers.

Registration Times & Locations

The following are locations and times for registration to the conference:

- Early Registration: Sunday June 27, from 14:30 to 16:30, at the ICBEST foyer located at the 3rd floor of the Westin Bayshore conference area.

- Registration at Welcome Reception: Sunday June 27, from 17:00 to 19:00, at the Crime Lab Restaurant. This is within walking distance of the hotel at 550 Denman Street - please see map for directions.

- All Day Registration: Monday June 28 and Tuesday June 29, starting at 7:00 and continuing during the day, at the ICBEST foyer located on the 3rd floor of the Westin Bayshore conference area.

Welcome Reception for Delegates - Sunday June 27

The Welcome Reception will be held Sunday June 27, from 17:00 to 19:00, at the Crime Lab Restaurant - 550 Denman Street, Vancouver. Please see map for walking directions from the hotel to the restaurant. Please note that while we will have registration at the Crime Lab, we strongly encourage that you register prior to this event, during the Early Registration period (see above for information).

- Dow invites you to attend its Platinum Event entitled "Take Energy Efficiency to the Next Level with Dow" on Monday June 28, from 17:30 to 19:00, in the Oak Room located on the 3rd floor of The Westin Bayshore conference area.

- The Homeowner Protection Office (HPO) invites you to attend its Platinum Event entitled
"The New British Columbia Home: Comfortable, Sustainable, Low-Energy Living". Find out about British Columbia's evolution in residential construction, future BC Building Code requirements and emerging technologies to improve the way homes use energy, reduce the impact on the environment, and deliver greater comfort in the living environment on Tuesday June 29, from 17:15 to 18:45, in the Oak Room located on the 3rd floor of The Westin Bayshore conference area.
